[ Context ]
A busy coffee shop runs on speed. Staff needed something faster than paper and simpler than a full restaurant POS — an application that works on the machines already behind the bar, in the dark of an evening service.
[ The challenge ]
Orders and table state tracked on paper, with mistakes at the till.
Splitting a bill between guests was slow and error-prone.
The owner had no reliable end-of-day view of what actually sold.

A floor view of tables with fast order entry designed for a few taps, not a form.

Items can be split across guests at the moment of payment, without recreating the order.

Products, categories and prices are edited by the owner directly in the app.
