Buying and selling property in Kosova mostly happens across scattered social posts and phone calls. Pronex wanted a single place where owners can publish a property for free and buyers can search seriously — with a low, transparent commission instead of the usual guesswork.

Listings lived in chat threads and social feeds, impossible to search or compare.
The team had no internal tooling to manage properties, owners and enquiries.
Pricing a property was based on intuition, not on comparable local data.
